Shortbread Contest

So you think you make the best shortbread? Well now is you chance to prove it at our Shortbread Contest.

Shortbread will be judged on the categories: taste/texture/appearance at 2:30 P.M. at the Utah Scottish Association booth. 

Judges: TO BE ANNOUNCED

Winners will be announced at the Closing Ceremonies.

Contestants will be asked to bake a single batch of

Traditional Shortbread for mid-afternoon judging

(recipe to be included).
