VENDORS RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE EVENT

Vendors must be prepared to attend their space for the full duration of the Games. Leaving early, or arriving late will not be permitted and jeopardize future participation in our event.

Vendors may park in the lot nearest the vendor site; however, these spaces are provided on a first come first serve basis.

Cash flow is the responsibility of the vendor.

You may set up on Thursday between 12:00pm and 8:00pm. You may set up on Friday between 7:00am and 4:00pm. All vehicles must be out of the grounds no later than 4:00 pm. No exceptions. Saturday morning set up will only be available from 7:00am to 9:00am. All vehicles must leave the grounds by 9:00am.

Absolutely no vehicles will be allowed on the field between 8:00am and 6:00pm on the day of the games. The park will also be open from 6:00am until 12:00 Noon on Sunday to accommodate any vendors that would like to break down their booth the day after the games.

Vendors must provide their own table coverings and sun/rain/wind protection.

Vendors are responsible for removing their garbage, failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the cleaning deposit.

No parking in loading area, vehicles must be moved once unloaded/loaded.

All food vendors must obtain a permit from the Utah County Board of Health prior to setting up their booth. The address is 151 South University Avenue Provo, Utah 84601. The phone number is 1-801-851-7000, number 2 when prompted. This permit must be displayed during the event. We require that a copy of this permit be submitted to us at check-in. Failure to have a current permit may result in fines when the health inspector arrives for a site inspection.

Vendors wanting to stay overnight in their campers will be allowed to do in the lot. There are no water, electricity or washroom facilities available for overnight use, so your accommodations must be 'self-contained'. Our security will be patrolling the grounds at night.
